Our purpose is to help you fulfill yours.
Contact us for your capacity and operations needs. If we can’t do it for you, we’ll help you find someone who can.
Most nonprofits should focus on programs: what you do for your community is why you exist. Not every nonprofit can hire multiple staff. Should a nonprofit spend more staff time on filling our reports? Or focus its energy on strong relationships and programs to meet community needs?
Communications
How do you broadcast your work? Do newsletters fall off your radar? Do you know how to use press releases effectively? Let us help you expand your audience.

We offer two options for a basic package, starting at $150/month with a 12-month commitment:
Package A includes one monthly email, one quarterly press release, and two annual/year-end messages (crafted for whatever purpose you need).
Package B includes one quarterly donor letter, one quarterly press release, and two annual/year-end messages.
Newsletters, on average, have a click-to-open rate of 11%. A “good” rate varies by industry but often falls between 6 - 17%. But it’s not just about how many people read your emails.
Why this matters: Nearly half of donors prefer email for updates and 26% of donors are inspired through email to give. Consistent, ongoing newsletters with quality content provide greater opportunity to reach potential donors. In 2022, the average nonprofit raised $90 for every 1,000 messages sent. This means a list of 4,000 contacts, emailed at least once per month for 12 months, will average $4,320 in donations with a meaningful newsletter.
Grant Writing
Does writing a grant application overwhelm you? How do you gather feedback and evaluate your impact? Are you staying on top of reports? How do you write a grant for a program you want to do but haven’t started yet? Let us lead the application process so you can get the funding that supports your programs. This is now offered in a tiered structure.
Initial Grant Strategy & Assessment: $900 flat fee.
Monthly subscriptions start at $725/month.

Grant writing doesn’t just build relationships with long term funders: it helps nonprofits review their work. Many applications can be written in under 10 hours. Although only 17% of philanthropy funding comes from foundations, grant writing is an important opportunity to diversify revenue.
Why this matters: Although “win rates” vary widely, some funders, like the Illinois Arts Commission in a 2024 webinar on its new “Catalyst” grant, openly express a goal to fund as many projects as possible. This means, absent extraordinary circumstances or incomplete proposals, that thoughtful grant seeking strategies offer a strong likelihood of success.
Operations & Procedures
The work you do should continue when you’re not there. Whether it’s continuity planning, vendor and software management, or tracking deadlines, if it isn't organized and systematized, you’ll never get relief.
We offer a wide range of administrative services that can be tailored to your specific needs! Fees are customized to the work required.
Strategy
Sometimes, what we need is to speak with an expert. Don’t know where to turn? Whether it’s part of our in-house work experience or referral to a trusted partner, we’ll help you brainstorm and find the answer you need. Fees are customized to the work required.
Finance
Numbers: do you love or hate them? Do budgets deflate you? Are you getting the reports you need? Don’t let finances frustrate your work. If you need bookkeeping and accounting services or financial analysis, we will refer you to a trusted partner to handle your CFO needs while we help with the rest!

Financial oversight is more than finding a bookkeeper. It’s understanding how your numbers help you manage and budget programs, control expenses, estimate income needs for annual campaigns, report on restricted grants, and more.
Why this matters: misapplied grant funding can jeopardize funding relationships and, worse, revoke future grants. Financial oversight helps manage expenses and estimate revenue while also making reporting efficient and accurate. An oft-cited estimate from various accounting services suggest that revenue increases by 16% from proper bookkeeping alone.
Nonprofits who need these services will be referred to one of our trusted partners with specific expertise in nonprofit bookkeeping, accounting, and analysis to provide CFO functions while we manage the rest.
